Mark Kelsey has a 28 year career in publishing with Reed Business Information. He started his career in Marketing and was appointed to the Board in 1992 as MD of Estates Gazette. He has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer and RBI UK Chief Executive Officer. He was the launch MD of Totaljobs.com and has led the company's transformation to an online publisher. Mark was appointed as Global CEO on 1 October 2010.

Peter de Monnink drives e-revenue growth by leveraging best practices and e-competency across Reed Business, with responsibility for company strategy worldwide. He started his career as a teacher in Economics, joining Elsevier NV in 1988 as a product manager in the B2B Unit (Misset). Thereafter, Peter held several roles within RBI NL: Publisher, Managing Director, Internet Director and Director of Strategy. Peter is based in the Amsterdam office.

Stuart Whayman

Stuart Whayman has been within the Reed Elsevier group since 1998 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He spent five years at Reed Elsevier head office, leading a team supporting the operating businesses in business planning and analysis as well as being involved in strategic planning, M&A and investor relations. Stuart joined Reed Business Information in 2003 as finance head for the Search division. As part of the Executive Management Team he was involved in driving significant business change as the business was migrated from print to online search products. Since 2006 Stuart has been Chief Management Accountant for Reed Business Information for the whole UK business. In September 2009 Stuart was appointed to the RBI Board as CFO in September 2009 and was subsequently made Global CFO in December 2010.

Dan Olley
Chief Information Officer

Dan Olley joined RBI UK 2004 as Technology Operations Director, heading up web and product development. In 2005 he was promoted to IT Director responsible for all technology within the division and supported the growth of online revenue to over 50% of total revenue by 2008. In 2009 Dan was appointed Global CIO for RBI and is currently leading a transformation project to create a single global technology organisation. Prior to Reed Elsevier Dan has held technology and product development leadership roles with GM, Y&R and IBM, as well as a number of UK and international software organisations.
