Our workforce is 43% female and 57% male. There are 39% female and 61% male managers, and 42% female and 58% male senior operational managers. Women make up 25% of the RBI senior leadership team. We remain committed to promoting and enabling equal opportunity, regardless of gender, at every level in our organisation.
To enable parity across all levels, we have undertaken several initiatives:
- We’re are a founding member of the Tech Talent Charter which brings together industries and organisations to drive diversity and address gender imbalance in technology roles.
- We’ve trained over 400 of our managers globally on unconscious bias.
- We are part of the RELX Group Women in Leadership programme and participate in the RELX Group Women in Technology programme.
