RBI offers a reverse mentoring scheme where graduates are paired with senior leaders to work with them in a role reversal from the traditional mentor / mentee relationship.
We believe this helps us make decisions based on new thinking and ideas. It helps our leaders learn about emerging technologies, trends and ways of working, as well as gain insight into another generation – their values and concerns.
Women in Technology
With so many technologists in our business, we need to attract the best talent for our current and future work, mirroring the diversity of our customers.
Our Women in Technology mentoring programme pairs mid-career women with mentors from across the business and our Women in Tech forum meets regularly to discuss issues, and helps support our communities by hosting coding events to encourage girls from local schools to consider a career in technology.
