Reed Business Information Ltd (RBI), part of the Risk & Business Analytics market segment of RELX, has announced today that it intends to divest its publishing activities in the agriculture sector to the Mark Allen Group. Terms were not disclosed.
This intended divestment does not include RBI’s agricultural connectivity, data and analytics solutions which sit under the Proagrica brand.
This decision reflects RBI’s continuing strategic priority of focusing on its data and analytics business.
